-Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT solutions and regular report to manager
-General IT operational tasks(inventory, purchasing, IT ticket handling, troubleshooting, OS installation)
-Regular or ad-hoc Tele/video conference meeting
-As a 2nd tier IT support and cooperation with global help desk
* University degree in computer engineering/science or information system
* Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience but have experience in multinational company as end user & client support(at least 2 yrs)
* Overall IT knowledge on system and OS such as Active Directory, Win Server, Win 7and NetApp storage)
* Overall IT infrastructure Knowledge(network, switch, VPN, Voice& video system)
* MCSE, CCNA and ITIL preferred
* Fluent in English/Korean
